Clydesdale Bank, a subsidiary of The National Australia Bank, celebrated National Australia Day in Bristol last night with a visit from former England cricket captain, Alec Stewart. The celebrations which were held at the bank’s Financial Solutions Centre (FSC) brought together over 150 members of the Bristol business community providing them with an opportunity to meet like-minded business people and exchange ideas. “While England’s recent overseas results were a hot topic of discussion, this was also a chance for local professionals to make networks within the business community and meet the local Clydesdale team” commented Alec Stewart. Antony Bryant, managing partner, comments “Clydesdale Bank was recently awarded Silver in a Forum of Private Business (FPB) Survey to find Britain’s Best Business Bank for SME’s so we are well positioned to meet the needs of Bristol’s thriving business community. National Australia Day was a great opportunity for us to celebrate the successes of the past 12 months with our members”
