Clydesdale Bank
10 April 2007 - GULLIVER’S MAKE THE MOVE TO CLYDESDALE
Following their rapid expansion over the past two years, Bristol-based vehicle rental company Gulliver’s has moved its banking to the Clydesdale Bank in preparation for further company development.

Gulliver’s have been using Clydesdale’s asset finance facilities since 1995 and the relationship built between the organisations during that time has now resulted in Gulliver’s utilising the Clydesdale’s full banking facilities, including invoice finance, as they look to further expand the company.

Gareth Collier, business banking partner at Clydesdale, comments, “We have been working closely with Gulliver’s over the past few years in assisting them to progressively increase their lines as they have been developing the company. We pride ourselves on our strong relationships with our clients and our ability to deliver local decision making. This level of commitment assisted us in helping Gulliver’s to make their decision to move their banking to Clydesdale.”

Gulliver’s MD Philippe Harding states, “The banking facilities offered to us by Clydesdale have been everything that we were looking for as we have been planning the expansion over the past two years. The solid relationship that our Clydesdale Bank Manager has built with us really enabled us to put all our trust in the organisation. We know that we can rely on the Clydesdale to give us a solid, professional level of advice. “

Gareth Collier states, “We are delighted to be partnering with Gulliver’s and are really looking forward to assisting them with their banking needs as they expand over the coming years”.
