12 December 2006 - WIP SNOW BALL IS A GLITTERING SUCCESS

Business women across Bristol braved the wind and rain on Thursday night to attend the prestigious Association of Women in Property: South West Branch, Snow Ball. More than 200 members went along to the WIP Snow Ball held last night at Wildwalk, @Bristol. The glittering Christmas event which was jointly sponsored by Clydesdale Bank and Colliers CRE, included a drinks reception, 3 course dinner & disco and was an opportunity for members to celebrate another successful year. The Association of Women in Property is a dynamic forum which aims to enhance business opportunities and facilitate networking for women within the property and construction industries. With a national membership of 1000 senior professionals, represented in nine regions, the non-profit network is a unique organisation that seeks to promote the role of women in a wider business community and to encourage women to take up and develop their careers. Charlotte Noble-Beasley of Clydesdale Bank commented, “The Association of Women in Property actively contributes to the career development of women in the sector and Clydesdale are proud to be sponsoring such a worthwhile cause. We are delighted that everybody enjoyed the event and that the Snow Ball was such a success.
